Good moral character is essential to building a strong citizen. Quest offers an entire section of badges on character traits as well as awards that promote community service.
We recommend that at least one character badge be earned each year as a club project. Kids and leaders should conduct themselves according to the Quest code of conduct at all times. It is also recommended that clubs as a whole do a minimum of three service projects each year, one for the location that hosts the club meetings, one for the local community, and one ongoing project of the kids’ choice. Kids may also choose to organize their own service projects, earning the Make a Difference Award, and may utilize the club as a resource if they desire.
